Other Activities
In the early years of the program, CMLs prepared
CURRENT REFERENCES, a compilation of
recent article citations and abstracts on important clinical research, and maintained literature
files of review articles for student teaching. Now students may refer to
MED REVIEWS from their own web browser. Over the past twenty-five years, CMLs have participated in the development of
competency-based learning units for medical education and on curriculum development committees for new
courses, have facilitated problem-based learning groups, and developed
World Wide Web resources.
